What do you mean by ADAS Feature of AUTRO VT?

ADAS or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is a suite of features that give a vehicle certain autonomous safety capability. It is AI powered technology to assist the drivers in advance. Some of Autro VT ADAS basic features have-

Forward Collision Warning (FCW): Alerts up to 3 seconds before an imminent rear-end collision with a vehicle or a motorcycle
Pedestrian Collision Warning (PCW): Alerts up to 2.1 seconds before an imminent collision with a pedestrian or a cyclist
Headway Monitoring & Warning (HMW): Helps keep a safe distance from the vehicle ahead, alerts the driver if the distance becomes unsafe (tailgating)

What do you mean by DMS feature of AUTRO VT?

DMS or Driver Monitoring Systems includes AI based camera-based driver monitoring systems (DMS) pointed at the driver’s face which provides a real-time evaluation of the presence and the state of the driver. The DMS system constantly scans key parameters of the drivers face like face position, eye movements, eyelid closure and uses this information to identify if a driver is distracted or drowsy. In addition, the camera can also identify compliance related activities like seat belt status, smoking and phone use. Below are some of the standard alerts a DMS System provides-

What is the driver scorecard and Driver training feature in AUTRO VT solution?

Autro VT solution helps the admin to analyse the driving behaviour and safety driving skills. A score is allocated for each safe driving and exhibit of good driving behaviour. Therefore, factors such as distracted driving and forward-collision warnings affect a driver’s score and allow fleet officers to coach drivers more efficiently and With the recorded footage of the incidents on the dashboard of fleet officers, drivers can be trained adequately.

What is dashcam?

Dashcam is a Vehicle onboard camera that continuously records the view through a vehicle's front windscreen and sometimes rear or other windows.

Does this AUTRO VT Dashcams come with GPS tracking feature?

Vehicle dashcams we are offering have integrated GPS tracking on the dashcam device itself. The customer can track the vehicle real-time with location tracking with live video streaming using dashcam with GPS.

Can AUTRO VT provide 360-degree live view of vehicle assets?

Yes, we provide Dashcam and MDVR based solution. While dashcams are dual cameras, MDVRs are multi-camera systems that offer advanced technology for complex projects needing multichannel views (more than 4 cameras, sensors and tracking devices).

Are these cameras wired or wireless? (IP Camera or AHD Camera)

Vehicle video camera system can transmit data in multiple ways. Analog high-def cameras, or AHDs, are closed-circuit cameras that use cables to directly connect to a recording storage device.
That recording device will then connect to the internet using Wi-Fi or a cellular network. It transmits video clips to a server that can be accessed through a web portal.
An internet protocol camera (IPC) however, is directly connected to the internet and can transmit data to a server through the Cloud without any wiring, which can be accessed through a centralized system. Autro VT are IPS setups,

Does Autro VT support live video streaming?

Yes, we support streaming in real-time, as well as streaming and playback for recorded video. Videos are recorded automatically during events, as scheduled, or by manual request. You can easily locate and playback video for a given timestamp or vehicle location.

How are video files stored?

Video files are stored on the device (SD cards, internal hard drive), depending on the device memory it can have several days of video. Once you watch the historical video on the platform, the video is available for the next 30 days.

What is the resolution of the video?

video resolution is dependent upon customer specific needs. Autro VT video resolution is configurable for high video quality or streamlined data transmission. Files can be recorded in 720p or 1080p.

Can I use the AUTRO VT software on my iPad, Android or Windows tablet?

Yes. AUTRO VT solution is designed to be user-friendly and our Intelligence solution can be assessed on these devices.

How will an AUTRO VT Solution be installed?

While self-install dash cams are available, rugged, tamperproof fleet dash cams require professional installation. These devices can be hardwired into the vehicle’s onboard computer and act as a secondary diagnostic system with built-in accelerometers and GPS. Fleet dash cams should be installed discretely and mounted on the windshield near the rear-view mirror.

What is the installation time taken?
