Vehicle immobilization feature in Autro FMS allows users/Admin to remotely disable or enable vehicles across their fleet simply from Autro web interface /dashboard or mobile APP.
Geofencing is creation of a virtual perimeter that is set around a particular geographical area. The boundary is set such that as and when the vehicle, or personnel, enters or exits the location, instant alerts are triggered. This will enable the user to discern the exact location the device is at, along with an accurate log of movements made.
Autro FMS is simple to operate. You can start with the lower priced Base option if you are only interested in the location of your vehicle. Later on, you can upgrade your price option to the Pro plan or advance plan, which includes extra features, such as obtaining engine data from your vehicle, Tyre management, Predictive maintenance etc

Yes, our GPS tracking device comes with a battery The battery provides power back up for up to 8 hours. And in the event the wire/power supply of the device is cut, the battery back-up automatically comes into function
Autro FMS offers satellite GPS fleet tracking solutions. This is inbuilt in Tracker and has been integrated with the Autro FMS platform as a means of communication when the device is out of cellular coverage. It will send positional updates over the Iridium network, providing a highly robust telematics solution in remote areas.

Autro software is highly secure at various layers and uses 2048-bit keys (RSA) for Encryption. There are 3 levels of security layers that we follow:
  1. User Authentication: Data can only be viewed by the users after logging in to the application.
  2. Resource based authorization: This is the second layer of protection offered by the platform. A user can only access information to which he/she is authorized. This ensures that a logged in user can never view or modify the information which belongs to other users of the system.
  3. User login activity tracking: We store information like “last signed in time”, “IP address of user when they sign in” etc.
AUTRO FMS web interface and mobile app has a customizable permission system and user management system which allow admin to allocate the access of data according to their requirement and uses.
The Autro FMS web interface and mobile app comes with language compatibility with different languages. However, currently we have the English language.

The device is normally installed under the dashboard, out of sight. There is an antenna installed with the unit, that is also under the dashboard. So, nothing is visible. the unit doubles as a security device so if the vehicle is ever stolen the thief will not know there is a unit installed. We need three points for installation: ignition, power and ground. The ground wire is connected to the metal body of the vehicle. Power and ignition are taken from coupler without cutting the wires. In case of vehicles where OBD port is available, we use OBD extension to install the device.
In case of a wired device, it takes less than 20 minutes for installation. For OBD devices, the installation process is less than a minute, since it is simply a plug and play device.
